I had a brilliant morning visiting Bourne End Academy and speaking to the Head Louise Cowley and her Deputy Kerri-Anne Leavy, who have worked impressively on transforming the school. Special thanks to Sophie Kayani for a full tour of the school - I particularly appreciated speaking to teachers and pupils in the science lab, the dance hall, and in their cookery lessons.
