Joy Morrissey MP commemorates Lord Grenville

This weekend, Joy Morrissey MP attended and spoke at a ceremony commemorating Lord Grenville.

I was delighted, this weekend, to be asked to speak at a ceremony dedicating a bench in Burnham to Lord Grenville, who was a local resident.

Lord Grenville's abolition of the slave trade served to protect people, not only in the UK but around the world.
