On the 26th of May 2023, Joy Morrissey MP, along with the Chairman of the Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority, Simon Rouse, had the privilege of visiting Beaconsfield Fire Station and participating in a first-hand exploration of their exceptional river rescue capabilities. Joy joined the firefighters on the Thames, accompanying them during various rescue drills, gaining insights into the challenges they face and witnessing their professionalism and skill in action.
