Buckinghamshire Council launches Helping Hand scheme for Christmas

This week Buckinghamshire Council have launched their Helping Hand scheme for the Christmas holidays. It's funded by the Government's COVID-19 Winter Grant Scheme and gives vulnerable families support with food and energy bills.
