Today is Anti Slavery Day 2020. Unfortunately, the scourge of modern slavery is insidious and can take many forms. We must root it out and ensure that every person can live free.
I have spent a great deal of time reflecting on this issue, listening to different perspectives, and considering the potential consequences. After much thought, I came to the decision that I could not support this Bill.
